Week 31: Cade's 7th month

I've dropped the ball with Cade's weekly pictures since the move to Ohio. But, I'm back on track this week. He loves his ChewBeads!
I bought his "I Love Daddy" onesie when we found out I was pregnant with Cade.

Trip to the Columbus Zoo: Asia

Peter, Cade and I took a second trip to the Columbus Zoo yesterday afternoon. Cade loved the little monkeys. They came up to us, propped their feet up on the glass and snuggled up together. Cade couldn't keep his eyes off of them. We also heard a lion roar like crazy. Not sure what was going on with him, but it was amazing. We saw huge bats, called Flying Foxes. They were so neat, all hanging upside down by one foot, wrapped up in their wings.

Bears, Tigers and an Elephant named Rosie.
The tiger had babies that were born March 22nd. Cade is about two weeks older than her babies!
We sure do love this little guy (and his cool glasses!)

The many faces of Cade!

Trip to ATL

Cade and I just returned from a nice long visit with my family in Atlanta. This was the first time for Cade to meet most of the family. It was a great trip!

Trip to Columbus, Rough Start

We had a rough start on our trip to Columbus but, the time with family and friends more than made up for it!

This is our last family photo in our Pflugerville house.
Driving down our street towards Columbus!

An hour and a half outside of Austin, we were stuck on the side of the road...

We were able to get a hotel in Palestine for the night. Penske sent a new truck and a crew to switch our stuff to the new truck. We were back on the road again the next morning headed to Daingerfield for a couple days.

Packing Up

We had so much help packing the moving truck. Without our friends, we might still be in Austin! That might not be a bad thing.... I kid, I kid!

Anyhow, I want to thank our friends who sacrificed a Saturday evening to get all of our stuff loaded up. We appreciate you!

I didn't get a whole lot of pictures but wanted to share a few that I was able to grab.

Wedding in Idaho

In July, we traveled to Idaho for a beautiful wedding on the lake shore in Stanley, Idaho. My sister, Audrey, married Brett. It was a gorgeous wedding and so much fun to be a part of. Thanks to Matt for sharing all these awesome photos.
